Since its inception in the early 1950s, Miss USA (United States of America), has been a wholly owned subsidiary of the Miss
Universe Organization. Miss Teen USA was added in 1983.
But in 2021, a brand new Miss USA Organization has been created.
This new entity will run both the Miss USA and Miss Teen USA competitions and will continue to guide its titleholders
and empower them toward the successful achievement of their personal and professional goals. Miss USA will also continue to
represent her country at the Miss Universe competition.
Actress, entrepreneur and Miss USA 2008, Crystle Stewart, will serve as President of the
Miss USA Organization.
